Raul Martinez to be the Grand Marshall at the 2008 Miami Springs River Festival Parade

Raul Martinez, the former Mayor of the City of Hialeah and current Democratic candidate for the 21st Congressional District of Florida, will serve as Grand Marshall at the 2008 Miami Springs River Festival Parade. Martinez will be promoting environmental awareness while walking the parade route around the Curtiss Circle.
