Raul Martinez To Declare Candidacy

(Miami, FL) – Former Hialeah Mayor Raul Martinez will announce his political aspirations and declare his candidacy for elected office at a press conference on Tuesday, January 22, at 10:30 am outside Hialeah City Hall, 501 Palm Avenue.

During the last several months, the public and media have speculated over what office Martinez will pursue in a 2008 campaign. Martinez was elected nine times by the voters of Hialeah to serve as the Mayor of Florida’s fifth largest city over a twenty four year span.
